Content Calendar
The Content Calendar gives you a visual overview of all your scheduled content — page generations, syndication posts, content refreshes, backlink outreach, and more.
Views
- Month view — see the full month at a glance with color-coded dots
- Week view — detailed daily breakdown (most used for daily operations)
- Day view — hour-by-hour schedule
Content Types
Each type is color-coded:
- Page Generation (cyan) — scheduled article creation
- Syndication (amber) — content distribution posts
- Content Refresh (green) — updating stale content
- Backlink Outreach (purple) — outreach campaigns
- Optimization (blue) — SEO improvements
- Social (pink) — social media posts
How to Use
- Go to Calendar in the sidebar
- Click any date to add a new item
- Select the content type, enter a title, and set the date
- Drag items to reschedule them
Recurring Schedules
Set items to repeat: weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Great for content refresh cycles (e.g., "refresh top pages every 90 days").
