How Referrals Work

ReachSurge's referral program rewards both you and the person you invite:

1. Share your unique referral link — find it in Settings → Referrals
2. Your friend signs up using your link
3. They subscribe to a paid plan
4. Both of you get 30 days of free billing applied to your paid subscriptions

The credit only applies to paid plan subscribers (Starter and above). Free plan users can share referral links, but credits activate only when both parties are on a paid plan at the moment the friend's subscription starts.

Each account gets a unique 8-character referral code. Share via:

• Email — direct invite

Limits

• Maximum 5 referrals per account
• Credit applies when the referred user starts a paid subscription, and the referrer is also on a paid plan at that moment
• Self-referrals are automatically blocked (including email aliases like you+alt@gmail.com)
• Both users must be on paid plans to receive the credit

Can free users refer? Free users can share referral links, but the credit only activates when both parties have a paid subscription at the moment the friend subscribes.

Can I refer myself? No — the system detects and blocks self-referrals via user ID and normalized email matching (so email aliases like you+anything@gmail.com are also caught).

Is there a cap? Yes, maximum 5 referrals per account.
