Managing Your Subscription
Go to Settings → Billing to:
- View your current plan and usage
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Update payment method via Stripe
- View invoice history
Referral Program
Invite friends via Settings → Referrals. When your referral subscribes and stays subscribed through their second billing cycle, you both get 30 days of free billing added to your subscription (provided you are also on a paid plan at that moment). FAQ
Can I switch plans anytime? Yes, upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
What happens if my payment fails? We retry for 7 days and send email notifications. After 7 days, your account is downgraded to the free plan. Your data is preserved.
Do you offer refunds? Starter plans ship with a 7-day free trial — cancel in that window to pay nothing. Growth and Enterprise don't offer change-of-mind refunds because they're commitment tiers, but they're protected by the 90-day AI Citation Guarantee — a full refund of every cent paid if your citations don't grow in 90 days of active use. What payment methods do you accept? All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We support 135+ currencies and charge in your local currency where available.
Where can I find my invoices? Go to Settings → Billing → Invoice history, or click "Manage subscription" to open the Stripe customer portal. PDF invoices are emailed to your billing address after every successful payment.
Can I get a VAT / tax invoice? Yes. Add your company name, address, and tax ID in the Stripe customer portal, and they'll appear on every future invoice automatically.
